We typically ship our boxes within 1-3 business days. However, order fulfillment times may vary depending on the quantity of boxes ordered. If for any reason your box(es) cannot ship within 1-3 business days, your Bonnâge Concierge will be in contact with you immediately with alternative selections.
One of the main goals of Bonnâge is to ensure that your gift recipient experiences a sense WOW as soon as they open the shipping box! Instead of using traditional packing peanuts and bubble wrap that can create excess waste, we have developed a unique inner-holding system for our gift boxes to fit securely inside a shipping box with minimum packaging materials. This ensures that we do not compromise the gift’s first impression and your package still arrives safely. Additionally, our beautiful bow will still look fresh and full upon arrival!

Of course! All of our gift boxes include the complimentary option to include a handwritten, personalized note.
Yes, simply include notes in your order of the date you would like to the gift be delivered and we will ensure your request is honored. If you have already placed your order, please contact Bonnâge Concierge directly.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
The recipient can return the unwanted gift for a full refund. The gift will then be donated to a local charity.

The Fairytale Brownies included in each Bonnâge gift offer an edible element to a collection of otherwise long lasting gifts, and the individual packaging of each brownie allows them to stay fresh upon arrival to the recipient. Since 2001, Fairytale Brownies has partnered with KaBOOM!, a national non-profit dedicated to helping build playspaces for children all across the US and have helped raise over $300,000 towards this organization
All of our brownies are specialty ordered, carefully stored in a cool environment, and individually packaged to ensure quality and freshness with every Bonnâge box!
